Cool salad with tuna and yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tea yogurt 2%
  • 1 kg mustard
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tuna bags in water
  • 1 sprig of celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives

Implementation

step 1

In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the mustard, oil, salt and pepper and set aside.

step 2

In another bowl, mix the tuna with the celery and chives.

step 3

Add the yogurt mixture and mix well, until all the ingredients are combined.

step 4

Cover with a transparent film and place in the fridge to cool before enjoying.
