Ingredients
- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup tea soy sauce
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1/4 cup teaspoon corn flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3/4 cup teaspoon of orange juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp corn flour
Implementation

Cut the chicken into cubes.

In a bowl, mix 1/4 teaspoon baking soda with 2 tablespoons orange juice and 1/4 teaspoon cornflour.

Place the chicken in the marinade and leave for at least 1 hour.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium to high heat, remove the chicken from the marinade and sauté until it turns brown on all sides.

Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring gradually until the sauce thickens.
