French toast in a roll with praline

Ingredients

  • 10 slices of toast (without crust)
  • 10 kg hazelnut praline
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp. full of cinnamon
  • butter

Implementation

step 1

First remove the crust from the slices of toast bread.

step 2

Place the slices one by one on a cutting board and open with a rolling pin until your bun becomes very flat.

step 3

Spoon the praline over the entire surface of each slice and wrap tightly in rolls.

step 4

Mix the egg and milk in a bowl and in another the sugar with the cinnamon.

step 5

Dip one by one the bread rolls in the egg mixture

step 6

Heat a little butter in a pan and heat the bread rolls on both sides until golden.

step 7

Roll the cooked buns in the mixture with the cinnamon and sugar and serve
