Ingredients
- 1 kg of cauliflower
- 8 eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- Salt Pepper
- Dried oregano

Cut the cauliflower into small bites and boil in salted water until soft.

Drain and spread evenly on a baking sheet.

Beat the eggs with the milk and add salt, pepper and fresh oregano.

Pour the mixture into the pan over the cauliflower and cook over medium heat until it turns brown.
