Ingredients
- 450 gr. lean beef
- 30 gr. spice mix for tacos
- 400 gr. tomatoes peeled with their juice
- 10 tortillas
- 1 cup teaspoon sauce
- 1/2 cup teaspoon chopped cheddar cheese
Implementation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Place a saucepan over medium heat and sauté the minced meat with the spice mix for tacos and tomatoes.
- Place half the tortillas in a pan, spread the mixture with the minced meat on top and cover with the remaining tortillas.
- Pour the tomato sauce over the tortillas and cover with the cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 175 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
