Mexican lasagna with tortillas



  • 450 gr. lean beef
  • 30 gr. spice mix for tacos
  • 400 gr. tomatoes peeled with their juice
  • 10 tortillas
  • 1 cup teaspoon sauce
  • 1/2 cup teaspoon chopped cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Place a saucepan over medium heat and sauté the minced meat with the spice mix for tacos and tomatoes.
  3. Place half the tortillas in a pan, spread the mixture with the minced meat on top and cover with the remaining tortillas.
  4. Pour the tomato sauce over the tortillas and cover with the cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake at 175 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
