Chocolate mousse with strawberries

Ingredients

  • 170 gr. Black chocolate
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk tea
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup tea yogurt
  • 8 strawberries

Implementation

In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat, but do not boil.

Pour the hot milk over the chocolate and add the vanilla and salt.

step 3

Set aside for 3 minutes, until the chocolate is soft.

step 4

Stir until the mixture is homogeneous and allow to cool.

step 5

Add the yogurt and mix well.

step 6

Spread the chocolate mousse on the bottom of a small bowl or cup of sweets and cover with a layer of chopped strawberries.

step 7

Repeat until the glass is full.
