Very easy creme brulee

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 75 gr. vanilla ice cream

Implementation

step 1

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

Place the ice cream in the microwave for 30-40 seconds until melted. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.

step 3

Add the egg yolk to the melted ice cream and mix well.

step 4

Place the mixture in a clay pot in a pan with water and bake for 40-50 minutes.

step 5

Allow to warm to room temperature, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.

step 6

Remove the creme brulee from the fridge for at least half an hour before pouring the sugar over the cream.

step 7

Sprinkle the cream with a tablespoon of sugar and melt it with the help of a flame for a crunchy texture.
