Ingredients
- 300 gr. flour
- 100 g sugar
- 200 gr. butter
- 1 vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- half a lemon juice
- 300 gr. of your choice
Implementation
step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar and add the butter in cubes. Knead well and add the yolk, vanilla, lemon juice and continue kneading until you have a pliable dough. If you find it hard and stiff, add a little water.

Let the dough rest for 20 minutes and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a lightly buttered special tarter, spread 2/3 of the dough with your fingers going everywhere. Lift the dough to cover up to its walls.
step 3
We empty the jam into the dough that we spread and with 1/3 of the dough that we kept, we spread strings horizontally and vertically. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
