Ingredients
- 500 gr. trout
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. capers
- A little paprika to taste
- 1/4 cup tea white wine
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and prepare a pan with a piece of foil.

Place the trout in the middle of the foil and cover with the butter, lemon juice, capers and paprika.

Pour the wine over the trout and wrap the foil in a pouch.
step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and enjoy.
