Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tea with lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, separated
- 3 tablespoons white wine
- 1 1/2 tbsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary or 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 kg chicken fillet, cut into cubes
- 2 medium lemons, cut in half
- Chopped chives for garnish
Implementation

In a bowl, combine the lemon juice with the 3 tablespoons of oil, the wine, the red pepper flakes and the rosemary.

Add the chicken, turn on all sides and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Strain the chicken and pass it on the metal or wooden straws.

Bake on the grill, turning once, for 10-12 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the lemons on the grill with the skin on top and cook for 8 minutes.

Remove the chicken, pour the juice from the roasted lemons and the rest of the olive oil and sprinkle with the chopped chives.
