Ingredients
- 4 bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
- 1/4 cup maple syrup tea
- 1 tbsp grated cinnamon
- 1 piece of fresh grated ginger
- 1 1/2 tbsp. grated nutmeg
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

In a pan, place a greased pan and top with the bananas.

Drizzle with the maple syrup and add the cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.

Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
