Roasted bananas with cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup tea
  • 1 tbsp grated cinnamon
  • 1 piece of fresh grated ginger
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. grated nutmeg

Implementation

step 1

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

In a pan, place a greased pan and top with the bananas.

step 3

Drizzle with the maple syrup and add the cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.

step 4

Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
