Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets with the skin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp. red pepper flakes

Season the salmon on both sides.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the salmon for 2 minutes on each side.

In a small bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar with the honey and pour over the salmon.

Continue cooking at low temperature for another 5-6 minutes.

Garnish with red pepper flakes before serving.
