Procedure
- In a medium non-stick pan, pour the shrimp broth and heat it over medium to low heat, until it heats up.
- Add 4 shrimps, completely cleaned, the tarragon, the Florin pepper, the lime zest and the onions.
- Stir for 1 minute and add the lemon juice and wine.
- Stir, increase the heat, season with salt and pepper and stir.
- Cook for 2 minutes and add the mustard with tangerine, mix the sauce well so that the mustard spreads everywhere and serve.
