Ingredients
- 350 gr. pasta
- 2 chopped red peppers
- 3 cloves of garlic melted
- 3/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1 cup teaspoon sour cream
- 3/4 cup Chicken broth tea
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan tea
- Salt Pepper
Implementation

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

In a saucepan, sauté the peppers, garlic and cayenne in a little olive oil over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

Add the sour cream and chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat, add the parmesan and stir.

Put the pasta in the saucepan, season with salt and pepper and serve.
