Diet with yogurt and potatoes: This diet includes potatoes and yogurt. One can lose up to eight pounds in eight days. It just needs to be done correctly and in detail in order to get the desired result. The next day of the diet we can follow a diet plan that will include soups, salads, fruits, vegetables and drinks rich in vitamins and amino acids. In the following days we follow a diet plan according to our basic metabolic rate (BMR) depending on the pounds we want to maintain.

We consume at least 2 liters of water and herbal drinks daily. It is recommended to consume 2 cups of water 30 minutes before each meal or snack and whenever we feel hungry.

After waking up it is recommended to consume lukewarm water with lemon.
Cook food roasted or boiled or steamed. Grams are equivalent to cooked food.

Vegetables: On the day of detoxification as well as during the diet we can choose any vegetable we want but we can prefer vegetables with negative calories and vegetables rich in water.

Cereals: We consume whole grains and their derivatives. We can replace diet cereals with whole grains of our choice.

Rice: We consume brown or wild rice.
Chicken: Consume without the skin.
Dairy products should be low in fat.
Yogurt can be replaced with kefir yogurt.

In meals and drinks we prefer Ceylon cinnamon, ginger and chili which contribute to the activation of metabolism and fat burning.
We do not miss meals. Even if we are not hungry, we eat at least a little to keep the metabolism awake.

We check our weight once a week, always at the same time with light clothing and on an empty stomach. The best time is in the morning as soon as we wake up.
