A team of archaeologists has discovered a secret crypt in a medieval church of the Order in Poland and everyone is looking to find out if and what is hidden there.

The Knights Templar had many strongholds in Europe and even today they stand most brilliantly in England, France, Italy, Portugal and Spain.
Even in the villages of Polish Pomerania, however, you will find traces of the order, primarily Gothic temples, which testify that after their return from Holy Places settled in Poland.
There the archaeologists focused their research, on a remote Polish village of 100 inhabitants in particular, which may be hiding secrets from what made the Knights known to the ends of the world at the time.
In Chwarszczany in Western Pomerania, near the border with Germany, there is a temple that has been studied by archaeologists for years. A chapel dedicated to Agios Stanislaos (Kostka) was the focus of the excavation and last autumn it hit Diana.
With the help of modern technology, archaeologists have uncovered a number of crypts and secret rooms, as well as a network of underground corridors.
The isolated church of 1232, built of red brick on a granite base, is even made according to the typical Temple, the intricate code of the order that the knights kept as their eyes.
It is clear that the temple has a defensive function, its high walls want to keep out of sight and enemies. It continues to function as a church, although Sunday mornings in Chwarszczany remain quiet to disturb the Temple.
It is in this chapel that archaeologists are constantly discovering new things, bringing knowledge about the knightly order and shedding more light on its occult deeds.
Among the objects that the hoe under his sanctuary has revealed from time to time temple the bodies of some Templars are also included. But also what today seems to be a secret corridor…

Kołosowski's team got a job in July 2019 and with new imaging techniques, but also a few hundred scientists and volunteers, managed to locate and reveal many things, both in the church and in the surrounding fields.
The excavations have focused on a small part under the stone floors of the temple, where seven vaulted crypts were found.
According to an announcement by OKM, the German manufacturer of imaging technology used in the research, these underground crypts "can not be dated to the years of the Templars".
Maybe they are later, "Gazeta Lubuska" assumes, maybe some people built on the old ones. The church of the Templars itself is built on the site of an older Romanesque church, which complicates the treaty.
And to make the mystery a little more intriguing, a corresponding basement tunnel was discovered by the same group to run underground through the town of Myślibórz, four hours from Chwarszczany on horseback, just a half hour drive.
Myślibórz was colonized by Knights from 1238, as the dukes and margraves of Pomerania rushed to make even greater donations of land to the Knights, seeking their favor. The battalion was gaining more and more territory in the area and was building its strongholds.
"At that time, the Knights Templar amassed a significant force in western Poland," Polish historian Marek Karolczak told CNN. Crusades. "The local rulers wanted to strengthen their power by calling on military battalions to settle in their territories and build headquarters."

When they were expelled from the city at the end of the 13th century, their medieval legend wanted them to destroy their treasure. Karolczak tells us that rumors, but also ecclesiastical documents of the time, show the Templars hiding him at the bottom of a nearby lake.
