The Municipality of Ayia Napa honored another 21 regular visitors

Ayia Napa Municipality of Ayia Napa, Nea Famagusta, Tourism Ambassadors

A total of 21 regular visitors from Sweden, Norway and the United Kingdom have been named Ayia Napa Tourism Ambassadors.

A statement from the Municipality of Ayia Napa states that "during a ceremony held at the City Hall, visitors were honored for their multiple visits to the area.

From Sweden the honored guests are Ulf Gösta and Helga Hertha Gerlinde Sabel with 20 visits to Ayia Napa, Lars Roland and Gunnel Valborg Öman with 15 visits, Marion Isobel Bengtsson with 52 visits, Matz Börje and Britta Maria Rosenberg with 17 visits, Lars-Åke Lennart and Ingegerd Kristina Strid, with 16 visits.

From Norway were honored Trygve and Karin Helene Jakobsen, with 19 visits, Jarle and Sigrun Clara Mørk Moe, with 16 visits, Wenche Axelsen with 19 visits, Sigrun Laura Rosenlund, with 18 visits, Nora Pauline H. Heimdalen Amundsen, Leif Andreas Hans and Lillian Kleppen with 17 visits and Bjarne Martin and Bodhild Orvik Torset with 22 visits to Ayia Napa.

Joan Margaret Vikør from Britain was also honored with 21 visits.

Municipal Councilor Konstantinos Zannetou "thanked the young honorees for their multiple visits and for the special preference and love they show all these years for Ayia Napa" and noted that "this demonstrates in practice that Ayia Napa is a remarkable destination worth someone to visit ".

Mr. Zannettou also stated that "with the awarding of the highest distinction of the Municipality, the honored visitors belong to the large family of Ayia Napa".
