The halloumi of Kokkinohoria occupies a special place among the dairy products of Cyprus.

Mrs. Krina Assioti teaches us the process around the production of halloumi and anari, in two workshops within the framework of the Experiential Workshops of Handicrafts and Gastronomy, which are sponsored by the Yf. Tourism.
