In a moving post on Social Media, the Protosyggellos of the Holy Diocese of Constantia-Famagusta, Archimandrite Augustinos Kkaras sent his own message on the day of Palm Sunday and the beginning of Passion Week.

In the absence of believers from the churches, some sent the olive branches to be blessed during the Divine Liturgy on Palm Sunday. Archimandrite Augustinos Kkaras posted this moving photo, writing characteristically:

"Palm Sunday! And yet… you were not Absent… your woes… your olive branches on your stalls for your own blessing… Happy Easter! Happy Easter! Good redemption from all this evil! ”
