A press release of the Municipality of Paralimni states that "the official presentation of the final design of the project took place in the presence of the President of the Republic, the Speaker of Parliament, the Deputy Minister of Tourism and other political officials and actors. The project is owned by PMV Maritime Holdings Ltd, in collaboration with J&P, Marina Projects and Nicolaides & Kontouris Metal company Ltd. The architect of the project is the British house Harper Downie Creative Architecture in collaboration with Kythreotis Architects and the landscaping will be done by Calmins house ".

Paralimni Marina "will have 300 berths with all the necessary support services, reception area for boat owners and their crews, fuel, special boat equipment stores and exclusive police, customs and part of the Aliens and Immigration Service. The plan also envisages the construction of 123 apartments, three villas and a beach park, while the owners and the public will be able to enjoy services from shops, cafes, bars and restaurants ".
