Ingredients:
4 large squid
1 red pepper peeled and chopped
1 orange pepper peeled and chopped
100 gr. black currants
200 gr. glutinous rice
50 gr. Pine
1 bunch of chopped basil
1 bunch of chopped parsley
1 bunch of chopped dill
1 bunch of chopped arugula
20 cherry tomatoes
2 grated carrots
4 chopped spring onions
1 tomato grated and peeled
Or cup of olive oil tea
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients and fill the squid.
Close them with a toothpick, put them in a pan with a little hot water, a little oil and salt, pepper and bake at 190-200 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
If necessary, add a little hot water during cooking.
