Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, in air mode. Spread the Arabic pies in a large pan and grease each one with a little olive oil. Spread 1-2 teaspoons. soup tomato sauce in each pie, leaving uncovered 1 cm from the periphery. Sprinkle with grated cheese and pepper. Put the pan on the middle shelf of the oven and bake the pizzas for 6-8 minutes, until the cheese melts and the pies become crisp. Serve sprinkled with the basil leaves or any other spice we choose.
Tomato sauce
Heat 2 teaspoons in a small saucepan. tablespoon olive oil and sauté 1 chopped garlic clove for 30 seconds. Add 1 can of whole tomatoes, finely chopped in the multi, some fresh leaves of a spice of your choice, salt and pepper and cook for about 10-15 minutes on low heat with an uncovered pot or until the sauce is melted. Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, in a glass jar, covered with oil.
Tips
We can add finely chopped onion slices, thin slices of mushrooms, Florin peppers from a jar, capers, etc. on the pizzas.
Once cooked, we can garnish them with prosciutto or other cold cuts of our choice and freshly oiled rocket leaves.
