After two adjournments, which have been taken by defense attorneys and the Prosecution, the procedure was set again for tomorrow and the day after, at 09:30.
The trial was scheduled to begin in early November, but the Prosecution asked the court for an extension of time to better prepare for the hearing.
Then, on February 8 last year, at the request of Tassos Krasopoulos's lawyer, Marios Georgiou, the case was postponed again.
The Court of Appeal has instructed the defense attorneys, as well as the representatives of the Prosecution Authority, to prepare written statements for their positions and to submit them.
Elena Skordeli, Tassos Krasopoulis, Grigoris Xenofontos and Andreas Grigoriou were sentenced to life in prison in 2013 by the Permanent Criminal Court for the murder of Andis Hatzikostis, on January 11, 2010 outside the victim's house.
