After all, he noted, the results of international surveys, in which Cyprus also participated, demonstrate the need that exists and consequently the obligation that all those involved have to work responsibly and decisively, in order to improve the learning outcomes of our children and to ensure quality, in all areas of education.
"Seeking modernization on key issues, which are also interrelated, adjustments were made this year regarding the structure of the school curriculum, but also the content of education, so that, among other things, our students are taught useful knowledge. to cultivate critical ability and to give, through their choices, a clear professional orientation ", he added.
In addition, he continued, the new system of appointments and the system of teacher training, we expect that will greatly change the quality of education provided.
At the same time, he added, the new, modern, integrated and multidimensional evaluation system of both teachers and the educational project is at an advanced stage of consultation.
