The project "Shadow Art" of the Youth of the Municipality of Paralimni was completed. Paralimni Youth - Paralimni Youth in various parts of Protaras, and, specifically along the coastal pedestrian street. These are 9 small works, based on the new debut art of "SHADOW ART", art that plays with the shadow created by objects, when light - whether it is solar or artificial "- falls on them.
The objects are arranged in such a way that, when light falls on them in a certain direction, it forms, with the help of a two-dimensional image or not, a specific pattern. This means that if the project uses sunlight to reflect the specific design it intends to depict, then only a specific short period of the day, depending on the position of the sun, will reflect the specific design that its creator wanted to be depicted.
The Greek professional artist of "SHADOW ART", Triantaphyllos Vaitsis delivered yesterday, Monday, September 12, 2016 the works to the Municipal Youth Council of Paralimni and to the Mayor for the Municipality of Paralimni.
