RECIPES: Pumpkin on Paper with Garlic and Lemon

We present you a unique and alternative recipe for zucchini on paper with garlic and lemon by chef Christodoulos Christodoulou, from the RIK show "Hot Peppers".

Ingredients:
1 kg of courgette
1 garlic clove
1 laurel leaf
1 sprig of rosemary
1 cup olive oil
Or a teaspoon of mustard
1 cup fresh lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped

Way of cooking:

1. Remove the skin with a knife and wipe it well with a towel. Cut it lengthwise into degrees.

2. Spread a piece of foil and cover it with oil glue. Put the zucchini in a bowl, oil it and season it with salt and pepper. Put it in the middle of the oil paste.

3. Break the garlic and put it between the degrees. Do the same with the laurel and rosemary. Wrap them in paper and foil and put them in the oven for about 45 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, put the olive oil, the mustard, the lemon in a blender and when the zucchini is cooked, take the garlic and beat them well. Correct the taste with salt and pepper.

5. Drizzle the zucchini with the sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
