The trial of Petros Filippidis was finally adjourned for March 28, following a relevant request by his defense attorney, Michalis Dimitrakopoulos, who referred to the health problem of the accused for crimes against sexual freedom.
The prosecutor of the headquarters also agreed with the interruption, emphasizing that "it is an inalienable procedural right of the accused to appear at the hearing.
He stated through his lawyers that he wants to appear and participate, to ask questions why he is accused of crimes of great criminal value. "Although his health problem does not arise from documents, I will suggest that his request be accepted, so that he can appear in court."

Early in the morning, the actors Anna Maria Papacharalambous, Lena Drosaki and her husband, Alexandros Bourdoumis, Penelope Anastassopoulou, Evelina Papoulias, Zeta Douka and Spyros Bibilas arrived in court.
