A 40-year-old man, the father of a friend, two minors aged 15 and 13, are accused of indecency.
According to information from the "Democratic", the 40-year-old resident of Koskinou, who has already been arrested, allegedly offered yesterday, leading the minors to a warehouse where he has fitness equipment, to show the two girls exercises and to give them advice on proper nutrition.
The minors, who know the accused's son, claim that in the warehouse where the 40-year-old took her, he abused them.
Prosecution to the degree of a felony
According to the same information, the father of a girl, after being informed by his child about the actions of the 40-year-old, went to his house to ask him to speak and was physically and verbally assaulted by the detainee, who also filed a lawsuit against accusation of the girl's father for defamation claiming that none of what the girls claim has any basis.
The 40-year-old was arrested, is in the Rhodes Security Sub-Directorate and is being prosecuted for indecency, while at the same time the lawsuit is being filed against the father of a girl for defamation after the lawsuit filed by the accused.
He was prosecuted on a felony charge and was brought before the regular interrogator for further investigation.
