A reference to Stephen Hawking, the distinguished astrophysicist who recently passed away, includes the resurrection message of the Metropolitan of Kifissia, Maroussi and Oropos Cyril.

"Recently a distinguished astrophysicist, Stephen Hawking, died. He went out like so many others. Blurred by his scientific achievements, full of arrogance and arrogance, he claimed that he did not need the hand of God to create the universe, but only with the power of the laws of nature. God withdrew from the universe and man and therefore the afterlife is a fairy tale. Of course he and those who follow him forget that we exist, because God exists. We live, because He wants it. Our breath is in His hands. "So, those who kill God in heaven, leave man on earth orphaned, alone and desperate in his sufferings and impasses" says Mr. Cyril.
