Ingredients:
For the yeast
• 1 sachet of dry yeast
• 150 gr. flour for all uses
• 250 ml warm milk
• 60 gr. granulated sugar

For the dough
• 350 gr. flour for all uses
• 80 gr. unsalted butter at room temperature
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 tbsp. salt
• 1/2 tbsp. sweet paprika
• 9 Frankfurter sausages or village cut in half
• Sesame for spread
• 1 egg diluted with a little water for spread

For serving
• Ketchup
• Mustard

Execution Method
For the yeast
• Put the yeast, sugar and warm milk in the mixer bucket and stir with a whisk until the yeast dissolves.
• Add the flour and mix. Cover the bowl with a foil and leave in a warm place for about 30-60 minutes until it doubles in size.
For the dough
• In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika and salt. Then, pour the mixture of solids, yolks and butter into the magic mixture, and beat on medium to high speed for 7 - 8 minutes with the hook until you have a elastic and soft dough and it comes off the walls of the mixer.
• Put the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a film and leave it to rise for about 2 hours in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
• Preheat the oven to 180 ° C in air
• Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Divide it into 18 equal pieces (it turns out about 50 g each). Shape each ball into strings and wrap around the sausages. When they are ready, brush the dough with an egg that we have diluted with a little water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
• Place the sausage pies in a pan with oil paste and measure 1 finger distance from each. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
