A number of British Airways flights have been canceled or delayed for several hours at Terminal 5 at London Heathrow Airport due to problems with IT provider systems, the airline said.
"We are working with our provider to resolve this issue and apologize for the inconvenience to our customers' travel plans," British Airways said in a statement.
Airport passengers described chaotic scenes as people tried to catch flights and complained about a lack of information from the airline.
