The cases amounted to 488.675.169 COVID-19 around the world from the beginning of the pandemic until today, according to Worldometers. 6.167.166 deaths from the virus have been recorded and a total of 423.682.897 patients have recovered.
The United States, India and Brazil remain at the top of the list of countries with the most cases, while the top five is completed by three European countries, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
South Korea, ranked tenth on the list and plagued by an outbreak of pandemic COVID-19 in recent weeks, it has recorded a significant increase in cases, with 230.187 new patients, as well as in deaths, with 360 new deaths.
