The British MP of the Conservative Party of the Prime Minister Boris Johnson died, who received many blows with a knife inside a church.
This is the 69-year-old MP Sir David Amess, who was known for his pro-Brexit stances.
According to reports, 69-year-old David Ames, representing the Southeastern West of Essex (East of England), was attacked with a knife around noon during a meeting at the Belfars Methodist Church.
Police said a man was arrested after the attack and is not looking for other suspects in connection with the incident. 
Where did the attack take place?
The incident took place outside the Belfairs Methodist Church in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. The MP was outside the church in a regular meeting with the citizens of his constituency.
According to Sky News, Ames received "many knives" and received first aid at the scene.
A suspect was arrested
According to a police spokesman, a suspect has been arrested and police are not looking for an accomplice. The same spokesman noted that when there is more information, they will proceed to a new announcement.
A witness confirmed that the MP was stabbed outside the church, where he was also.
It should be noted that this attack takes place five years after the murder of Labor MP Joe Cox by 53-year-old Thomas Mer. The MP was only 41 years old and was found dead after an assassination ambush.
