The Decree of the Minister of Health was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic, which regulates the mandatory control of SafePass possession with the application CovScan Cyprus, as well as the groups that are excluded on the basis of yesterday's announcement of the Ministry of Health.

2. With effect from 22 November 2021, its Regulation 86 on Infectious Diseases (Definition of Measures to Prevent the Spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19) Decree (No. 41) of 2021, is repealed and replaced by the following new Regulation 86:
