Among those found were a large number of gold, silver and other jewelery, watches, collectible coins, mobile phones and laptops, including tablets, cameras, a television, household appliances, bags and sunglasses, as well as electrical other tools.

The police appeal to citizens who believe that their stolen or lost property may be found in the objects shown in the photos, or also citizens whose other property has been stolen from their home, property or vehicle, as they contact the TAE Paphos, in telephone numbers 26 am - 806021 pm 26-806026 and 26-806065, or with the Citizen Line on the telephone number 1460 or with the Police Station of their area, in order to settle with the TAE Paphos, the inspection and possible recognition of the property by them.

The photos of those found were made public by the Police last Monday, January 24, and so far they have already been identified by citizens who went to the Paphos Police Department, objects that had been stolen after a burglary of four houses.

The property was found by members of the Police, on Saturday, January 22, 2022, during a search of a house in the province of Paphos, where a 33-year-old man lived, suspected of nine other cases of burglary and theft, as well as two cases of car theft. The search was conducted in the presence of the 33-year-old and the 29-year-old who also lived in the house.

After the two suspects did not give sufficient explanations for the possession of the found, they were arrested by the members of the Police and detained with court orders, to investigate the cases of burglary and theft and the case of illegal possession of property.

The possibility that the property found was a product of theft is being investigated, with the Paphos TAE conducting examinations to identify those found by their owners.
