The new legislation for the Establishment and Operation of Private Tuition Centers has been published in the Official Gazette of the Republic, according to the Directorate of Secondary General Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture.

According to an announcement by the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Law on the Establishment and Operation of Private Tutoring and other Related Issues of 2018 has been posted on the website of the Ministry of Education and Culture at the following link: www.moec.gov.cy/idiotiki_ekpaidefsi/nomothesia.html .

Based on the new legislation, the Register of approved Private Tutoring is revised as well as the Register of Teaching Staff of Private Tutoring.

Therefore, each owner of an approved Private Tutoring Center is required to send to the Ministry of Education and Culture, Private Secondary Education Office, the form "Private Tutoring Details 2018 - 2019", fully completed and accompanied by all required 30 certificates, .
