A 51-year-old man, who had been reported to the Police by his family, as a missing person, was located by the police a little later last night, in a ravine where the car he was driving fell and was subsequently rescued, with the intervention of members of the Fire Service.

The 51-year-old man was found by members of the Police shortly after 9.00:50 on Sunday evening, trapped inside his car, which was overturned in a ravine about 51 meters deep, in an area in the Alhambra. To locate him, police members from various Police departments, as well as members of EMAK, were mobilized earlier, after a person close to him requested the help of the Police, stating that the XNUMX-year-old is missing from his home and may be in danger.

The 51-year-old's brother, in particular, went to the Pera Chorio Nisos Police Station shortly after 6.00:15 p.m. on Sunday, where he reported that 51 minutes earlier the 51-year-old contacted him by phone and told him that he was not feeling well. The 10.00-year-old did not provide any other information, particularly about his whereabouts. He had been absent from his residence since XNUMX on Sunday morning, when he had left with his vehicle, while suspicions were also raised that he had consumed alcoholic beverages, as a result of which he was under the influence of alcohol. He was facing a mobility problem due to an injury to one of his legs.

Immediately after he was located by members of the Police, members of the Fire Service were called to the scene, with whose intervention the 51-year-old was freed from his car and pulled out of the ravine, where the vehicle had ended up. He is in good health.
