A written announcement was issued by the Attorney General announcing the resignation of Mr. Pampallis from the Committee on Naturalizations and at the same time announcing the appointment of Ms. Kalogirou.

Following the letter of resignation, for personal reasons, of Mr. Costas Pampallis, dated 13 October 2020, from the position of Commissioner of the Research Committee appointed to investigate all cases of exceptional naturalization of foreign investors and entrepreneurs by 2007 until the 17th of August 2020, the date of publication of the new legislative framework governing the Cyprus Investment Program, I decided to appoint Ms. Dimitra Kalogirou, Chair of the Cyprus Capital Market Commission, in her place.
The legal oath of Mrs. Kalogirou before the Attorney General of the Republic will be given immediately after the publication of the relevant Decree in the Official Gazette of the Republic.
