Karousos: "Annual customer satisfaction surveys in all service departments of the Ministry of Transport"

Citizen service is a priority for the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works. In the context of upgrading the services of the departments of the Ministry, the Minister of Transport, Communications and Works Mr. Giannis Karousos announced the conduct of annual customer satisfaction surveys to identify problems, evaluate and provide solutions.

The Minister was present on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at the presentation of the results of such a survey at the University of Cyprus, which concerned the satisfaction of customers of the Cyprus Post.

On the occasion of his presence and his statements at the University of Cyprus for the specific presentation of the customer satisfaction survey by the Cyprus Post, Mr. Karousos stressed that similar customer satisfaction surveys will take place in all departments of the Ministry.

"Our goal is through every research to take ideal and immediate measures which with the next evaluation to be sure that they had the result we want and gave the right solutions to the problems that emerged", states Mr. Karousos.

Through this process, the problems will be identified, the existing issues will be observed in a scientific and trained way and thus the weaknesses will be identified based on them so that solutions can be found for the benefit of the citizens and the proper functioning of the Ministry departments.
