During the usual audits carried out by the Ministry of Health before the repayment of business invoices, with which it maintains service contracts, it was found that in the case of a company conducting sampling under the population control program and employees with rapid antigen tests, there were duplicates. Statement of data on people who are said to have been tested at different points (at their place of work and at a sampling point) on the same day.
In a communication of the Ministry of Health, the specific individuals responsibly stated that they had been tested only in their workplace and not at a sampling point.
Following this development, the Ministry of Health duly filed a complaint with the Police, in order to investigate whether a criminal case is being substantiated.
At the same time, the Ministry of Health requested and expects legal guidance from the Attorney General for further handling of the specific company in the context of current and future contracts.
