A 26-year-old foreigner was arrested after a young woman complained of rape.
According to information, a 26-year-old man allegedly approached a young woman and raped her in an apartment in Paphos.
Following the complaint, the police issued an arrest warrant against the 36-year-old who was located and arrested.
