Paphos Police is investigating a case of threats against the Principal of the Primary School of Emba, which allegedly came from a 32-year-old student parent, in relation to the implementation of the provisions of the decree of the Ministry of Health.
According to the Assistant Police Director of Paphos, Michalis Ioannou, on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, around noon, the Director of the Paphos Primary School reported to the Paphos Police Department that on the same day a 32-year-old man living in Paphos telephoned the of the School and demanded that the employee of the Secretariat talk to the Principal of the school.
The employee stated that at the moment the Director could not speak and then he allegedly threatened to go to the complainant's residence and cause harm to her husband and children.
As complained by the complainant, this person often communicates with the school, demanding and threatening for various issues related to the provisions of the decree of the Ministry of Health for the coronavirus. An arrest warrant was issued against the 32-year-old and the Paphos Police continues the examinations.
