In a road collision, which happened yesterday afternoon, in the province of Limassol, a 34-year-old motorcyclist resident of Limassol was seriously injured.
The collision happened around 4.30pm. yesterday, on the Mallia-Kissoussa road. Under circumstances that are being investigated by the Police, the 34-year-old lost control of the motorcycle he was riding, causing it to go off the road and crash into a concrete fence.
The 34-year-old, injured, was initially taken to the Limassol General Hospital, where it was found that he had suffered an epidural hematoma on the brain and a leg fracture. Due to his health condition, he was taken to Nicosia General Hospital, where he underwent surgery and was kept for hospitalization. His health condition is described as serious.
The Pachnas Police Station is investigating the causes of the collision.
