The right traffic lane is closed on the section of the Paphos-Limessos highway, at the height of the Ypsona area, in the direction of Limassol, due to a traffic collision that occurred around 3.15 pm on Wednesday, between a truck and a saloon car. Members of the Police are at the scene to provide assistance and regulate traffic.
The Police recommends special attention to passing drivers, who are asked to drive their vehicles at a safe, low speed and to maintain a safe distance from vehicles in front.
The driver of the saloon car was picked up by an ambulance crew and is being taken to the Limassol General Hospital to undergo medical tests to see if she has suffered any injuries.
