A double-cab vehicle was completely destroyed by a fire that was set maliciously, while it was parked outside a petrol station, in Pareklisia.
According to the Police, the information about the fire in the vehicle was received five minutes before midnight on Tuesday and two vehicles of the Fire Service were mobilized to extinguish it. The fire was extinguished and from the preliminary examinations it appears that it was started maliciously.
The Police located the owner of the vehicle, who reported that he had parked it at the site, a day before, as the car had a mechanical breakdown.
The scene was ruled out and examinations are continuing today.
