The Parliament decides on the three referrals

The referrals made today, at 0900, will be before the Plenary Session of the House of Representatives, one concerning the law for low-income pensioners and two concerning a package of legislation to combat corruption in the Police.

It is also expected that the Parliament with its decision to authorize the expenditure by legal entities under public law for the month of February 2018 (February twelfth).
One of the returned laws aimed to remove the time limit for applying for an additional allowance through the Minimum Guaranteed Income.
The Parliamentary Committee on Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance in its report to the Plenary Session of the Parliament, informs the legislature that it unanimously decided to accept the referral of the law on Minimum Guaranteed Income and General on Social Benefits, after the text was submitted to the which the President of the Republic adopts conditionally, the goal that the Labor Committee had with the promotion and enactment of the returned law.
The bill is expected to be tabled and voted on under the urgency procedure.
Regarding the referrals of the two anti-corruption laws to the Police, which were examined at a meeting of the Legal Committee on January 2, the report of the Committee to the Plenary states that the parties will be brought before the Plenary.
