Oat bars with cranberries

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup teaspoon of melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup teaspoon flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. spice for pumpkin pie
  • 3/4 cup of dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup pecan tea
  • 3/4 cup tea oats

Implementation

step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Pour the melted butter into a bowl and beat the egg, brown sugar and vanilla extract.

Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin pie spice together into a separate bowl. Mix the flour mixture into the butter mixture until well mixed.

Add the cranberries, pecans and oats and mix until evenly mixed.

step 5

Spread the mixture in a greased pan and bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes. Place in the fridge before cutting the bars into squares.
