Bruschettas with fig and goat cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups teaspoon chopped dried figs
  • 1/3 cup teaspoon sugar
  • 1/3 cup of tea coarsely chopped oranges
  • 1 tbsp. Orange zest
  • 1/3 cup Tea of ​​fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • Slices of bread
  • 1/4 cup Tea crushed goat cheese
  • 5 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Implementation

Put the figs, oranges, orange juice and zest, sugar, rosemary and black pepper in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
