Implementation
- 2 packs of Oreo type cookies
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1 sachet of instant cornflower
- 1 cream (330ml) 35% very well frozen
- 2 cups of fresh milk tea
- 120 gr. melted butter
- First crush the one and a half package in the multi.
- Keep some crumbs aside, melt the butter and mix it with the cookies.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a 15 cm diameter pan and place it in the refrigerator.
- Beat the cheese, sour cream, milk and cornflower with a mixer for about 6 minutes or until the mixture is fluffy.
- Add the crumbs you have kept and mix it gently to go everywhere.
- Spread the mixture over the base and freeze well for 3 hours.
- Serve with cookie crumbs or whole biscuits in each serving.
