Cheesecake with oreo cookies

  • 2 packs of Oreo type cookies
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 sachet of instant cornflower
  • 1 cream (330ml) 35% very well frozen
  • 2 cups of fresh milk tea
  • 120 gr. melted butter
  1. First crush the one and a half package in the multi.
  2. Keep some crumbs aside, melt the butter and mix it with the cookies.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a 15 cm diameter pan and place it in the refrigerator.
  4. Beat the cheese, sour cream, milk and cornflower with a mixer for about 6 minutes or until the mixture is fluffy.
  5. Add the crumbs you have kept and mix it gently to go everywhere.
  6. Spread the mixture over the base and freeze well for 3 hours.
  7. Serve with cookie crumbs or whole biscuits in each serving.
