Ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 cups flour for all uses
  • 1/2 cup ice water
  • 12 tablespoons butter
  • 2-3 cups of blueberries, peeled
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Implementation

  1. Put the flour together with the butter in a bowl and mix well with a fork until it becomes a uniform dough.
  2. Slowly add the ice water until the dough begins to form.
  3. Put the dough on a greased baking sheet, dividing it into balls. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  1. Put the blueberries, sugar, butter and water in a deep-bottomed saucepan. Cook the blueberries over medium heat until thickened. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  2. Remove the dough from the fridge and open into a sheet 2 cm thick. Cut the dough into thin strips and then into small pieces.
  3. Pour half of the dough into the blueberries and mix gently. Put the mixture in a pan and pour the remaining pieces of dough scattered on top.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until dough is crusty and lightly browned.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
